Russell Rosenthal

Russell Rosenthal is a partner at Cohn & Dussi. He co-heads the firm’s Personal Injury Department and is a senior member of the firm’s Litigation Department.

Russell represents injured people who want an aggressive “big city” lawyer combined with “small town” personalized service. This unique formula has been his trademark in the personal injury field for nearly 40 years and a cornerstone of his success in representing clients.

Russell received his undergraduate degree from American University in Washington, D.C. and earned his law degree from Suffolk University School of Law in Boston. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts.

Russell regularly has spoken at national conferences on a wide array of topics, including “how to place the client first in the practice of law” for Atticus Seminars for Lawyers. In addition, Russell has presented at medical association meetings regarding legal issues related to practicing medicine and the ways doctors can provide additional help to their patients. Specific topics include how medical professionals should handle situations when their patients’ medical records are subpoenaed and what a doctor needs to know when called to provide expert deposition testimony.
