Michael Marracino

Michael Marracino is an associate attorney at Cohn & Dussi. His practice is focused on business litigation, commercial contract disputes, and commercial collections.

Before joining Cohn & Dussi, Michael worked as an associate attorney practicing International Taxation in Boston. He has consulted on transactional tax issues and provided assistance on several large-scale compliance projects. Michael also worked in an asset based lending department, providing collateral field examinations on behalf of large commercial lenders throughout North America. 

Michael received his undergraduate degree in accounting from St. Bonaventure University and earned his JD in 2022 from New England School of Law.

Michael is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a CPA license in the State of New York.
