Jason C. Savageau is an associate attorney at Cohn & Dussi. His practice is focused on business litigation, commercial contract disputes, and commercial collections.
Before joining the firm, Jason practiced in both commercial and residential real estate matters, including transactions, boundary line disputes, condominium matters involving disputes among unit owners and the condominium trusts, zoning, and land use matters, as well as business dispute and construction defect litigation, and personal injury law.
Jason is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts. He has practiced before the Massachusetts District and Superior Courts and the Bankruptcy Court. He has determined to obtain successful results for his clients through zealous advocacy and a strong, honest work ethic.
Jason is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. Jason received his B.A. from Temple University and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where he served as the President of Suffolk’s Employment and Labor Society.
