Mr. Alpert has represented hundreds of injured individuals who have retained him to protect and advocate for them in the most aggressive manner possible. Mr. Alpert received a J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law and a B.S.B.A. degree in Finance and Management Information Systems from Boston University’s School of Management. Mr. Alpert is admitted to practice in the state courts of Massachusetts and Florida as well as the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
