For many years, Steven has represented creditors in the Boston Metropolitan Area. Steven is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts. Steven has been obtaining successful results for his clients for years through zealous advocacy and a strong, honest work ethic.
Steven has practiced regularly before the Massachusetts District and Superior Courts, as well as the Bankruptcy Court and Federal Courts. He also represents clients at motion hearings, mediations, arbitrations, conferences, and trials. While primarily focused on creditor and business litigation, as well as contract law, Steven is also proficient in Real Estate Law, Trusts & Estates, Bankruptcy Law, and Landlord & Tenant Law. Steven obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University and a Juris Doctor degree from Northeastern University School of Law.
