Attorney Stephen T. Martin has a wide breadth of experience handling a variety of cases, from serious auto accidents to debtor-creditor litigation to constitutional violations, among others. He has successfully recovered money for his clients harmed by both private actors and government actors.
Stephen prides himself on being responsive to his clients and detailed in his legal analysis. He is known for finding often-overlooked parts of the law and using them to his clients’ advantage. Stephen’s practice areas include debtor-creditor, bankruptcy, personal injury, employment discrimination, constitutional and civil rights, and general appellate work.
During law school, Stephen interned with the Civil Bureau of the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office and the New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights, continuing to expand his knowledge and practice regarding civil rights and discrimination law.
Stephen is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Stephen received his law degree from Vermont Law School, graduating cum laude and in the top 20% of his class. Before law school, Stephen earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Southern New Hampshire University, graduating magna cum laude.
