Jack Vultaggio is a partner with Cohn & Dussi, LLC, and has extensive experienced representing businesses, investors and lenders in the area of corporate law and financing. In addition to general counsel duties as both in-house and outside legal counsel, Mr. Vultaggio has assisted clients in all manners of corporate finance transactions including private offerings; M&A financing; mezzanine financing; asset based and equipment financing; and real estate development financing. With a background in corporate, transactional, real estate development law, he efficiently handles all aspects of transactions from origination through workout. Mr. Vultaggio has a special concentration of experience with financing of emerging businesses. He routinely represents both traditional and non-traditional lenders, equity partners, developers and commercial property owners and corporations.
Mr. Vultaggio is admitted to practice before the state courts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island and the United States District Courts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He is a graduate of Suffolk University (B.S.) and graduate of Vermont Law School (J.D.). He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Rhode Island Bar Association and is currently associated with the Commercial Finance Association and the Association Corporate Growth. He is also a volunteer member of the Human Rights Committee for the Valley Collaborative, Inc. a not-for-profit provider of education, employment and life counseling services to mentally and physically challenged students and adults.
