Kristen Forbes

Kristen L. Forbes joined Cohn Dussi & Bilodeau, LLC in 2010. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Forbes served as a judicial law clerk within the Trial Court Law Clerk Department of the Rhode Island Supreme Court. In that position, she was responsible for researching and preparing draft decisions and memoranda on a variety of legal issues including, zoning, contract interpretation and labor and employment law. Ms. Forbes also prepared judicial decisions for the Appeals Panel of the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal.
Ms. Forbes earned her J.D. from New York Law School in 2008, and was the recipient of an excellence in Public Service Certificate. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island with minors in Philosophy and Spanish in 2005, and a certificate for Outstanding Accomplishment and Performance in the Honors Program.
Ms. Forbes is admitted to practice law in all state courts in Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts. She is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the New York Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
