Insurance Subrogation

Cohn & Dussi LLC provides subrogation representation to its insurance clients.  We work closely with our insurance company clients across the country in order to provide the maximum recovery, promptly and within our client’s budget.  Our client’s hire us to pursue claims involving automobile, marine, workers’ compensation, residential and commercial property casualty claims.  We will handle subrogation claims on either a contingency or hourly fee basis.
