Stephen C. Garabedian

Stephen C. Garabedian is an Associate Attorney, practicing in the firm’s Litigation Department. Mr. Garabedian focuses his practice in commercial law and insurance subrogation, representing secured and unsecured creditors in civil and bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Garabedian is also part of the firm’s rising construction law department handling constructions disputes in the State and Federal Courts.
Mr. Garabedian is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association. Mr. Garabedian is a 2007 graduate of Suffolk University (B.S.) and a 2011 graduate of the New England School of Law (J.D.).
Prior to joining Cohn & Dussi, Mr. Garabedian spent his undergraduate career interning with the Suffolk Superior Court’s Probation Department. During his law school career Mr. Garabedian volunteered his time with non-profit organization providing free legal services to Veterans at the Chelsea Soldiers’ Home.
