Roger Soun is a member of the firm’s litigation department. Roger concentrates his practice in commercial law, representing lending institutions, commercial banks, equipment lessors and unsecured creditors in civil proceedings along with real estate and business litigation.

Roger graduated from The College of William and Mary, with a major in Neuroscience. Roger is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School from which he received his J.D. in 2008. Roger is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and routinely practices before all state courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Prior to joining Cohn & Dussi, Roger was engaged in private practice where he developed an extensive background managing all aspects of civil litigation.  Roger spent his law school career working at the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Offices in Cambridge. Also during law school, Roger was the winner of the Suffolk Law School Trial Competition.
