Daniel C. Proctor has extensive experience handling commercial litigation, civil litigation, and bankruptcy matters. His practice includes both trial and appellate work. He has more than 20 years of experience representing lenders, leasing companies, manufacturers and wholesalers, as well as various franchisors. His clients include businesses of all sizes, from fortune 500 companies to small businesses.
Attorney Proctor is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New Hampshire. He is also admitted to The United States Supreme Court, The First Circuit Court of Appeals, The United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire, and The United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C. In addition, he has appeared in all state courts, throughout the State of New Hampshire. He practices out of the Concord, New Hampshire office. Concord, New Hampshire is the state capitol and is centrally located in the state of New Hampshire.
Attorney Proctor received his law degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1988 (now known as the University of New Hampshire Law School) and received a BA from Binghamton University, in New York State, in 1982. He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America (Creditors Rights and Bankruptcy Section), the American Trial Lawyers Association, the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association. In addition, he has been a presentor and featured speaker for the National Business Institute. Attorney Proctor is proud to be Of Counsel to the law firm of Cohn & Dussi LLC.
