Cohn & Dussi LLC was established in the early 1990′s as a civil litigation law firm with extensive experience in commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, leasing, bankruptcy, corporate and finance law, construction law, and real estate transactions. We emphasize a highly professional team approach to address and resolve each client’s needs by drawing on the specialized knowledge of those best qualified to handle each client’s unique situation. This team approach enhances communications, expedites resolution of the prevailing issues, and serves to contain the costs associated with representation. C.L.U.E.S. is our proprietary state-of-the-art web-based database, update and reporting platform. C.L.U.E.S. provides us with a very efficient system to manage claims and accounts. Our firm’s national clients have the ability to input their accounts directly into C.L.U.E.S. with all relevant instructions and documentation. C.L.U.E.S. provides our clients with real time status reports on all accounts based on the work of our firm and our experienced network of local counsel throughout the country.
